Jennifer Lopez is a Puerto Rican-born actor. She was born on September 29, 1969 into a Puerto Rican family. Lopez studied dance throughout her childhood. She made her acting debut at 16 with an appearance on the show My Little Girl, 1986. Then, in 1991, she earned her big break as an actor in the television show In Living Color. Lopez played the conflicted officer on Shades of Blue. In the Second Act (2018) she took a comedic turn as an employee who is offered a covetable position at a Manhattan company after having her acquaintances embellish their resumes. Lopez then joined an all-female cast in Hustlers (2019) which is a story about strippers who conspire against their wealthy customers. In 2022, Lopez starred in two comedies that dealt with marriage.
